Job Description
The Administrator is responsible for the following:
- Over-all in-charge of the whole plant in coordination with the plant head
- Acts as the liaison officer of the management
- Ensures continued and smooth operation of the plant
- Supervises personnel
- Ensures proper compliance of the company to the PNG laws
- Administers orientation of all employees (locals and expats)
- Other task that may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 5-years experience in Administrative function
- Highly-organized, work-driven, passionate and dedicated
- High sense of responsibility
- Willing to be assigned/relocated to Papua New Guinea plant after much training
