Job Description
- Work alongside Product, Business, and Design team to prepare customer journey map, and ensure processes are created on the best interest of customer
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis to understand customer behavior, pain points, and feedbacks to existing processed
- Continuously improve customer journey experience based on user data gathered
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Others or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have experience in UI/UX/Customer research field
- Know how to make customer journey map
- Know how to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to enrich and validate findings
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Know HTML/CSS would be a plus
