Job Description
- Answers calls from customers and process bets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provides customers with prices and other information related to sporting events and Bet way.
- Monitors real-time sporting events and results.
- Keeps updated match data according to each market and sport.
- Handles sportsbook related issues.
- Directly or indirectly handles/ assists live trading events.
- Any other reasonable task by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- Required language proficiency.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Good data entry and typing skills.
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
- Willing to work in Ortigas and Parañaque.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, during weekends and holidays.
