Job Description
- Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office.
- Provides assistance and support to top management and employees.
- Liaises and coordinates with office support services, including supervising purchasing processes and selecting vendors.
- Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper-level staff.
- Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses.
- Supervises all administrative personnel.
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
- Handling of office permits and liaise with different government offices to maintain business compliance.
- Assists HR when needed such as recruitment and policy implementation.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2-years relevant experience in any field.
- Preferably, Female
- Exposure and experience in a start-up company is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
- Highly organized and flexible.
- Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
