Job Description
- Oversees and administers HR day-to-day activities of the office.
- Provides assistance and support to top management and employees.
- Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders.
- Maintains the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
- Prepares employment form, documents, policies, and contracts.
- Disseminates information to the employees.
- Implements and disseminates company policies, programs, and memorandums.
- Translates documents from English to Chinese and vice versa.
- Performs other tasks deemed appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8 years relevant experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good command of English language.
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
- Highly organized and flexible.
- Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
- Knowledgeable in MS office applications.
- Excellent people-handling skills.
