Job Description
- Create daily sales reports and record all day to day transactions.
- Develop system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts and defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
- Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries.
- Maintain historical records by filing documents.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
- Comply with BIR and other legal requirements and advising management on needed actions.
- File government permits.
- Manage stocks.
- Perform purchasing of materials.
- Contribute to team effort.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience.
- Ideally an Associate in Accounting.
- Experience with MS Office applications.
- Basic accounting skills.
- Strong organization and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
