Job Description
Role Summary:
Our client in Makati City is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives and they will be the main point of contact of the clients. He/she is mainly responsible for providing 1st level support with the overall objective to maintain the highest possible level of support.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level support by ensuring all queries of the clients are answered and resolved.
- Ensure support is provided to clients in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
- Maintain a healthy relationship and be the main point of contact for all clients.
- Keep track of all issues raised by the clients to ensure that it is followed up until cases are resolved.
- Maintain and deliver excellent customer service to all clients.
- Participate in the system testing.
- Ticket all the encountered issues to the QA team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Background in the IT or gaming industry is a great plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English and Chinese language.
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Computer literate.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
- Willing to work in Makati City
