Job Description
Our client in Bonifacio Global City is in need of an accounting assistant who will be responsible for handling the day-to-day functions of the accounts payable and receivable areas.
Responsibilities:
- Check, verify and process invoices
- Prepare payments for signature
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Code, post and receipt payments
- Prepare and coordinate deposit activities
- Perform all necessary account, bank, and other reconciliations
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Perform other tasks as deemed appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or equivalent programs
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience as an accountant preferably with an FMCG company
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to work in Taguig
