Job Description
- Schedule, dispatch and monitor daily deliveries during in transit and at locations according to delivery schedules, customer’s requests, and/or needs as required.
- Prepares daily delivery route and allocate trucks to be used in accordance with the daily Pick Lists scheduled by the respective sales coordinators.
- Supervise actual loading of items scheduled for delivery
- Ensure correct loading in accordance with the route schedule to prevent from penalties due to misrouting, wrong and delay deliveries.
- Ensure that all loaded trucks are dispatch within the scheduled time of departure.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- With one year and above supervisory experience.
- College graduate, above average oral and written communication skills. Good command of communication skills
- Can do reports and computer literate.
