Data Analyst  

• Provide insight through various types of analysis of large sets of cross-platform data, driving data-informed decision making across all departments within Cebu Pacific
• The scope of work includes, but not limited to:
  • customer analytics (segmentation and statistical modeling, etc.)
  • intelligence (Business cases/ROI models, data models, and databases, etc.),
  • and personalization (affinity, collaborative filtering, and social graph-based algorithms and models).

A. Database Management

• Work closely with the ISD team to help acquire, analyze, clean, and structure data to ensure foundational data is in place
• Partner with ISD to deliver stable and highly available platforms to support reporting, analysis, enterprise information management, and integrations
• Advocate for data security and accuracy of interpretation by the business by creating standards for security and access for all data

B. Analytics

• Help define measurement strategies for clients, inclusive of timely and comprehensive reporting and dashboards with an objective to evaluate performance
• Drive the approach to solve a business problem and assist clients to understand and tackle business problems/goals
• Provide analytical support for multiple advanced analytic projects
• Proactively engage with customers to assess existing and upcoming business needs and maintain regular communication to update customers on progress made on projects.

• College graduate preferably Statistics or Mathematics
• At least 1-year of relevant experience with insighting and embedding analytical results into the decision-making process
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be knowledgeable in SQL and R Programming
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• With strong capability to apply marketing analytics, customer insight
