Job Description
- Translates concepts into wireframes, mockups or prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Takes a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs efficiently and intelligently
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders in delivering output that is optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders
- Produce designs that are user-friendly and which will bring in the highest conversion rates
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
- Must have 3 or more years of UX design experience
- Must have deep understanding of mobile-first, mobile adaptive and responsive design
- A solid grasp of user- centered design and testing methodologies and usability and accessibility concerns
- Comfortable working in team environment, as well as independently
- Basic HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript skills are a plus
- Must be knowledgeable of the following:
- Interaction Design
- Wireframing
- UX Design
- Storyboard creation
- Rapid Prototyping
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
