Job Description
- Ensure correct pre-flight information are fed in the load control system for optimum W&B configuration.
- Determine cargo and passenger prioritization in case of load limitations scenarios.
- Prepare pre-flight planning based on passenger booking, baggage, cargo, and fuel load.
- Create the loading instruction.
- Report detailing and weight distribution for the flight.
- Work with Check-in, Cargo, Ground Handlers, Ramp Agents, Pilots, etc.
- To ensure precise execution of load control process.
- Manages requisite documents (loadsheet, loading instruction report, trip file, etc.)
- Coordinate with Network Control Center in working out contingencies due to flight disruption.
- Coordinate with cargo regarding handling of left behind shipments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of any 4-year course.
- Relevant experience in centralized load control, airline operations, and ramp handling.
- Preferably with certification in wide body aircraft, load control, and ramp handling.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to adjust to working with people from different cultures.
- Strong situational awareness to react to changes in operations.
- Detail oriented and computer literate.
- Ability to work with/on flexible shifts.
