Job Description
- Sources for and maintains reliable sources of supplies and services immediately upon receipt of requisition
- Ensures that specifications/configurations indicated by users are complied with by suppliers and service providers.
- Negotiates for best terms and conditions favorable to the company (within approved limits)
- Processes and handles procurement requirements of all Special Projects implemented by Engineering & Fleet Management.
- Warrants that all data input in purchase orders are correct prior endorsement for approval
- Provides hands-on training to staff on proper system (SAP/new system etc.) use
- Represents Procurement head in daily Operations Meeting
- Coordinates with end-users on issues involving pre-purchase and post-purchase concerns
- Reports on scheduled duty to man the24/7AOG desk of Procurement (if necessary)
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skills: computer literate, ability to communicate effectively and ability to work under pressure.
- Required languages: English, Filipino
- Applicants must be willing to work in Domestic Road,Pasay City.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and weekends.
- Experience on Purchasing is an advantage.

Cebu Pacific Air (PSE: CEB) entered the aviation industry on March 1996 and pioneered the “low fare, great value” strategy. We have since then flown over 130 million passengers and counting.
