Manual Documentation

• Work closely with Chief Pilot – Standards and Evaluation, Chief Pilot – Training, and Chief Pilot – ATR on revisions to Operations Manual Part A – General, Operations Manual Part D – Flight Crew and aircraft type Flight Crew Training Programs, and Supplementary Operations Manual respectively.
• Organize materials according to set standards regarding style and format, edit, or make changes to materials received from Flights Operations.
• Prepare draft for review, document change request and final version for submission to CAAP. Prepare timely amendment of the manuals.

Manual Production

• Prepare for the production and distribution of the manuals.
• Responsible for the production of user-friendly and effective operation documentation to the highest quality standards.

Manual Distribution

• Prepare and publish migration to paperless systems
• Disseminate to all authorized holders the Authority-approved manuals and make sure that manuals are distributed and in place all aircrafts.
• Records Management
• Prepare manpower, Capital and Operating expenses budget
• Make sure that all important company records related to Operations manuals being handled are organized throughout each manuals’ / records’ life cycle.
• Safekeep records throughout the life cycle and that superseded confidential manuals information are destroyed after the life cycle, when necessary (i.e. superseded CDs; superseded hard copies).

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Journalist, Editor/ Publishing and Printing or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
