Job Description
- Implement security measures and procedures by all SSP’s in accordance with CPSP & NCASP duties and responsibilities including the protection of aircraft, assets, and properties of the company.
- Assist the Manager of Operations in ensuring security operations are in accordance with the Cebu Pacific Security Program.
- Provide orientation to Security Personnel on the overall operation and their specific roles.
- Coordinate with Cebu Pacific Security Service Provider to ensure compliance of their personnel to Cebu Pacific Security Program.
- Conduct security investigation on any reported incident and complaint related to Security.
- Collate, prepare, and distribute reports necessary for transmittal to concerned departments.
- Take primary responsibility in safety management in terms of hazard identification and reporting rests with those who are exposed to the operations.
- It is during the operation activities where hazards are directly confronted and where deficiencies in organizational processes contribute to unleashing the consequences of hazards.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in any field.
- 2- 3 years of work experience in security industry.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
- Contacts to Local Authorities is an advantage.
- Preferably with trainings in Basic Aviation Security.
- Can work under pressure and adapt well on any given situation.
- Approachable.
