Job Description
- Provides overall project management and leadership, consulting and operating services for the IT integration of Cebu Pacific e-commerce and web application systems
- Manages a team of Business System Specialists and Applications Development Specialists involved in the analysis, planning, development and implementation of new or enhanced system functionality to optimize business processes and improve workflow and system usage
- Prepares and implements an information system plans aligned with the business units they are supporting
- Prepares and submits project proposals in which computer and/or telecommunications hardware and/or software is developed or purchased and implemented
- Manages major milestones, timelines, and key deliverables for all business application and technology projects and developments undertaken by the IT department
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent
- At least 5 years of people management experience of all areas of information technology, including application development, business process analysis, IT operations/ systems support, network implementation and support preferably in manufacturing environment
- At least prior IT Senior Manager experience
- Proven ability to lead business re-engineering efforts for continuous improvement
- Must have broad knowledge on E-Commerce and Web Technology Solutions
- Has excellent communication, presentation, analysis, problem-solving, and intermediary skills

Cebu Pacific Air (PSE: CEB) entered the aviation industry on March 1996 and pioneered the “low fare, great value” strategy. We have since then flown over 130 million passengers and counting.
