Job Description
- Perform security risk analysis and risk management.
- Manage the following:
- Security penetration and vulnerability testing.
- Internal audits on enterprise operations security processes, controls, and systems.
- Bring the organization's Enterprise Operations Security risks under explicit management control through the Information Security Management System by establishing an enterprise security stance through policy, architecture and training processes.
- Ensure leadership and strategic direction to related governance functions including Senior and Middle Managers throughout the organization as necessary.
- Set up procedures and automated processes to monitor the status of computers and networks for unusual patterns of behavior.
- Assess the operational efficiency, compliance with industry standards, and effectiveness of the organization's security design and strategies.
- Lead the design and operation of related compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance both with internal security policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage global information security services that will provide the security functionality required to protect the organization's information assets against unauthorized disclosure, modification, and destruction.
Minimum Qualifications
- College degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or any Information Technology related field.
- At least 3 years of management experience in any area of Information Technology.
- Preferably with IT Security experience.
- Preferably with CISSP/CISM or other similar IT Security certification.

Cebu Pacific Air (PSE: CEB) entered the aviation industry on March 1996 and pioneered the “low fare, great value” strategy. We have since then flown over 130 million passengers and counting.
