Job Description
- Support the Manager, Technical Services in performing training related dues and responsibilities
- Supervise and Conducts Technical Training for Cebu Pacific Air inc. Engineering and Fleet Management Department, Cadetship Program and other Customers per approved standards, methods and procedures
- Plans, Develops, and Prepares practical training programs to meet the requirement of the Department and other customers
- Evaluates and assesses the performance and progress of participants undergoing training.
- Provides Technical Assistance to Cebu Pacific Air’s Engineering and Fleet Management Personnel in the rectification of aircraft systems issues.
- Recommends and carries out improvement based on the assessment results of the Manager, Technical services.
- Manage Technical Training Records of EFM personnel.
- Liaise Directly with OEM, Internal and External Customers with training related matters
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics) or equivalent
- Must have a PRC License in Aeronautical Engineering
- Required skills: analytical skills, communication skills, process oriented
- Must have 4 years experience as Technical Instructor
- Must have very good knowledge of current requirements related to Technical Training in terms of Initial and Continuing Airworthiness
- Must have an understanding of current regulatory requirements
