Job Description
- Develops, maintains and increases the cargo sales volume of assigned accounts or territories.
- Aggressively solicits cargo booking from present and prospective assigned accounts.
- Provides total and efficient service to his accounts.
- Aggressively seeks new cargo accounts and formulates/follows plans for such actions as directed by Director Cargo Sales and Services.
- Recommends changes or modifications, on the company cargo products to respond to present and prospective shipper needs.
- Aggressively carries out promotional programs as directed.
- Handles shippers/cargo forwarders complaints in accordance with company policy and advises management promptly of any situations beyond his scope of authority.
- Complies with all company policies, instructions, and directives in the fulfilment of the company objectives and for maximum profitable cargo sales.
- To be alert to competitive products and sales practices obtaining in the industry and informs management concerning them.
- Conducts random sales audits and analysis of present and prospective shippers/cargo forwarders in accordance with company procedures and instructions.
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by Supervisor- Cargo Sales
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Required skill(s): negotiating skills, excellent interpersonal, Excellent Command in English.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- No work experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
