Job Description
- Maintains an efficient cargo sales and services team.
- Executes sales programs of the department
- Administers procedures affecting sales, prices, discounts and other cargo sales-related matters.
- Assist in the preparation of cargo promotional programs and supervises execution of such programs by the Assistant Manager, Supervisor and Account Executives.
- Supervises and evaluates the preparation and interpretation of reports as to cargo sales markets and the comparison of cargo sales forecasts with actual cargo sales budgets.
- Recommends improvements on facilities for shippers’ and employees’ comfort and convenience.
- Identifies problems areas and recommend corrective measures.
- Conduct sales calls to shippers and consignees together with Cargo Sales
- Conduct weekly sales meeting and quarterly sales meeting to ensure that sales target are met.
- Evaluates and recommend domestic sales requirements to Director – Cargo Sales and Services.
- Performs other functions assigned by Director – Cargo Sales and Services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Cargo Sales
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- At least graduate of the any four-year-course
- At least with two (2) years’ supervisory experience in cargo sales.
- Cargo Operations experience would be an advantage
