Job Description
- Studies and analyzes all pertinent correspondences, manuals and publications periodically issued by the Aircraft manufacturer or component OEM for possible inclusion in the company's Aircraft Maintenance Program.
- Studies, analyzes and issues instruction on optional, recommended and mandatory inspection/modifications issued by EASA, CAAP, and componen OEM to meet implementation target.
- Evaluates and issues recommendation on all Vendor's Technical Specifications proposal for Avionics Equipment.
- Coordinates with the Aircraft and Avionics manufacturers all observed malfunctions that are not in the approved manual references.
- Evaluates, coordinates, recommends, designs and approves aircraft improvements such as modifications and part upgrade for aircraft systems and components as required.
- Coordinates with contracted service provider Engineering Division concerns regarding maintenance and modicafications for airfcraft and avionics components.
- Periodically reviews component fleet reliability to determine optimum protection level and provides recommended spare level to ensure continuous and undisrupted operation.
- Prepares Engineering Documents to implement repairs, recommend troubleshooting, provide information or comply with an Airworthiness Authority requirement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Avionics) or equivalent and must have CAAP Aircraft Maintenance Specialist license.
- Familiarity with basics of Electricity and Electronics, basics of Aviation Communication and Navigation, and CAAP/EASA/FAA regulations
- Required skill(s): able to communicate with all level of people, can work under minimal supervision, can work under pressure, computer literate.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position but highly qualified fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for the position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Domestic Road,Pasay City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Aviation/Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent.
