Job Description
- Provides administrative support for the department such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving and/or referring a range of administrative requests, problems and inquiries.
- Processes payment requests for vendor IT billings and IT support transactions such as travel arrangements.
- Organizes the files documents and records of the department to ensure that this is easily accessible at the time it is needed.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and/or other similar activities for the department personnel.
- Posts budget availments into ISD budget ledgers for monitoring budget spending and prepares reports as needed by the ISD Director.
- Handles organization and filing of all corporate files of the department. Sees to it that all files are properly labeled/ and filed according to description. Ensures confidentiality to all confidential files.
- Prepares requisitions to office and IT supplies as needed to ensure adequate supply for the department.
- Sorts, screens, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and distribute it to appropriate personnel for action.
- Provide assistance to ISD personnel and help desk support and provide follow-ups of user requests to concerned units.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Submits budget spending reports periodically.
- Prepares responses for audit cases on administrative system concerns.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Preferably with a background in Information Technology
