Job Description
- Forecast and maintain inventory level of Buy on Board and Commissary Supplies in ICS hubs.
- Maintain and update SKUs in SAP.
- Establish and maintain inventory re-order point for MNL and Domestic Hubs.
- Ensure products are compliant with its shelf-life requirements and its current quality.
- Directly communicates with warehouseman for accurate delivery, release and COMAT of inventory.
- Directly communicate with mela planners for inventory allocation.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Supplier for stock requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel. Knowledge in SAP or any Material Planning software is an advantage.
- Materials Planning or Warehouse Management in a manufacturing set-up.
- Good negotiator.
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
