Job Description
- Supervise Technical Records Specialists in the daily performance.
- Ensuring continuous accuracy of the aircraft active files, binders, packages, and boxes as well as the electronic copy.
- Supervision and certification of the Log Record Books for aircraft, engine, APU and propeller as applicable.
- Preparation and management of fleet status and “end of month” reports.
- Provides data/documents/reports as required in support of FTM/Lessors.
- Review and ensure completeness of active files, logbooks, certificates and the like for effective aircraft transition.
- Represent the section during audits by the regulatory, aircraft lessor and internal/external audits including AQS/ISO.
- Perform duties of Aircraft Technical Specialist as necessary.
- Actively ensure the safety and security of all people, assets, systems and procedures engaged in or associated with own area of responsibility or otherwise under own control or influence.
- Comply with all applicable business and industry specific, legislative/regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to peers in reinforcing high standards with regard to performance, safety, customer service and adherence to company values.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering
- PRC license holder
- Must be familiar with AMM, IPC and related aircraft manuals
- Must have five (5) years experience in Aircraft Maintenance Records
- Preferably with relevant experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management
- Must have good communication skills
- Airbus/ATR familiarization course is an advantage
