Job Description
- Responsible in collecting or gathering all maintenance defects occurring at the Line Maintenance level via Maintenance Log entries / PIREPS and aircraft Post-Flight Report Summaries and encodes all Data to MCC Technical Data Files.
- Being Technical in background, He / She should be able to easily sort or segregate all the Technical Data in the right files for easy access.
- Liaise or coordinate with Technical Records for Aircraft FLIGHT TIME HRS / CYCLE as part of MCC updating of its data files.
- Prepares in collaboration with MC Manager , Supervisors and or Controllers for sending out reports of aircraft operations chrono of technical delays, parts transactions, aircraft status reports and the likes which pertains to any documents MCC is monitoring, managing or handling.
- Maintains and Archives all MCC personnel training records and arrange personnel Training schedules.
- Sorts, records, maintain and archive all MCC transactions for quick and easy retrieval of any previous transactions.
- Ensures and Keeps track on currency of MC manuals with revision cycles.
- Ensures the completeness of all technical data needed in creating weekly AOG reports statistics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics) or equivalent.
- Required languages: English, Filipino
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Typical Fleet Technical management system such as AMOS or AIMS is an advantage
- Technical Writing or Written communication skills.
- Computer Literate
- Good analytical skill
- Follows a systematic approach in aircraft Technical Files and data archiving.
- Meticulous reader.
- High sense of responsibility.
