Job Description
- Manage / Support Customer Marketing Group (CMG) - related rollouts to the Cebu Pacific platforms
- Generate insights from data leading to a deeper understanding of customers
- Review and improve existing CMG processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics.
- At least 5 yrs work experience as a business analyst or data analyst.
- Good business acumen. Understands data and data structures. Good written and interpersonal skills. Creative and has keen attention to details. Proactive and customer-oriented. Comfortable working in a team environment, as well as independently. Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
- Skills/ Competencies: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint-proficient. SQL-proficient. Java Script – knowledge, familiar enough to be able to conduct testing and investigation. Google Analytics, R (or any other statistical software), HTML-preferred. Box ever, Salesforce Marketing Cloud-preferred.

Cebu Pacific Air (PSE: CEB) entered the aviation industry on March 1996 and pioneered the “low fare, great value” strategy. We have since then flown over 130 million passengers and counting.
CEB is the largest carrier in the Philippine air transportation industry, offering low-cost services to more destinations and routes with higher flight frequency within the Philippines than any other airline. CEB currently offers flights to 36 Philippine and 30 international destinations, spanning Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and USA.
CEB operates a 57-strong fleet of 49 Airbus (7 A319, 36 A320 and 6 A330) and 8 ATR 72-500 aircraft, one of the most modern aircraft fleets in the world. Between 2016 and 2021, Cebu Pacific will take delivery of 32 Airbus A321neo, two Airbus A330, and 16 ATR 72-600 aircraft orders. It began long-haul services in the 3rd quarter of 2013.
