Job Description
The Quality Inspector, Fleet Material Management is responsible in performing verification of all incoming and outgoing materials and parts.
- Conducts verification of the physical appearance of the incoming part, to ensure it is free of any obvious damage or sign of mishandling (packing condition).
- Assures incoming part is acceptable and passed the airworthy requirements with complete Certificates and Test Report if applicable.
- Labels or tags the part in accordance with approved Maintenance and Engineering Procedures (properly tagged as serviceable, repairable, quarantine/Hold).
- Reports and quarantines discrepant part [Discrepancy Notice Report (DNR)].
- Issues Condemn Tag if the part is Beyond Economic Repair (BER for disposal), segregated due to expired shelf life, or technically obsolete.
- To ensure the unit’s adherence to the company rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or AMT Course,
- Two (2) years experience as Line/Base or Quality in an airline or AMO, preferably with CAAP issued license.

Well versed in Company Written Policy and Procedures, and familiar with Philippine Civil Aviation Regulation, with Integrity, and willing to work as required or during out of office hours
