Job Description
Assist the Director / Manager (Cargo Sales) in all sales related functions such as GSA monitoring/handling, GSA selection for new stations, interline partnerships, contracts, system, reports, revenue and budget forecasting, formulation and implementation of sales strategies.
Perform Sales supervisor function related to:
- cargo market and revenue
- contracts and other daily concerns
- Systems and reports
- GSA selection
- contracts and other daily concerns
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- Must have at least 3 years background of cargo and have extensive connections with forwarders/logistics providers and etc. should be knowledgeable in cargo sales, pricing, and negotiation, basic cargo operations, interline partnerships and TACT rates and rules
- Candidate should be willing to listen and adapt to its co-workers and aim to achieve good relationship with clients, service providers and other partners
- Must work hard, know how to give value and practice good time management for the benefit of the company
- Passionate, Enthusiastic and ready to take responsibilities and deliver good results.
- Strong analytical and planning skill
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Preferably experienced employees specializing in Cargo sales or equivalent.
