Job Description
- Ensure implementation of Security Procedures.
- Ensure proper tracking of training of Security Personnel and its timely execution (as applicable).
- Handle all ISO 9001:2008 requirements and ensure that all Security personnel are well informed on the established ISO requisites.
- Set-up the Initial and Recurrent Training of all Security Personnel in accordance with CEB's training requirements.
- Review and monitor existing procedures and recommends, modification as needed.
- Update the 201 files of CEB organic and Security Service Provider personnel. Coordinates with the administrative assistant the Training Summary Records of each personnel for the completion of their 201 files.
- Coordinate with other departments for Aviation Security Awareness Training.
- Ensure strict compliance to Security policies and procedures and coordinate with Station Head concerned on corrective action when warranted.
- Handle the updating of the Cebu Pacific Security Program and Security Training Manual.
- Perform other duties and functions as the Director-Security Services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Must have background and understanding on civil aviation security related programs, rules and regulations as the basis for inspection/audit requirements.
- Experience on Training is an advantage.
- Required languages: English and Filipino
