Job Description
To implement a documentation maintenance system that is organized and user-friendly. To ensure that the day-to-day administrative requirements of QA for Ground Operations and Inflight Services are accomplished.
- Handle the filing system of the section in accordance with established company requisites.
- Collate incoming documents and distribute the same to the personnel/office concerned.
- Assist with the reproduction and distribution of Quality Management System Manual, as applicable.
- Assist with the administrative requirements of the section.
- Actively participate in the promotion of quality, safety and security by complying with the regulations of aviation authorities, government laws, acceptable industry standards and company policies and procedures as well as reporting of hazards, incidents and accidents in the workplace.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Should be detail oriented.
- Has good communication and organizational skills.
