Job Description
Job Summary
- Implements, monitors, evaluate, and safeguards timekeeping and people systems processess that promote positive employee experience.
Job Rersponsibilities
- Payroll and Timekeeping. Ensures accuracy of timekeeping data, and corrdinates with Payroll Officer to ensure smooth timekeeping process.
- Provides assistance in the development and/or maintenance of the payroll system being used.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration, Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-2 years expereinced employee specilaizing payroll and timekeeping.
- FRESH GRADUATE with related responsibility as intern are much welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills
- Good time management skills
