Industrial Engineer  

Basic Function

Responsible for optimizing production time and resources to effectively meet finished goods requirements according to sales and customer orders. This position draws up a master schedule to establish a sequence and lead time for each production operation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design Section

1. 1. Monitoring of manpower, scheduling, performance, and ensuring that personnel is in compliance with the standards.
   2. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing practices and making sure effectiveness of the system.
   3. Inventory monitoring and replenishment of designs, die-cutters, and other materials needed for the operation.
   4. Responsible for the improvement of the Design Section’s production and implementation of procedures.

Compression Section

1. 1. Checks the production schedule, raw materials and designs issued to operators as per scheduled order.
   2. Ensure implementation of all SOP’s and maintain product quality.
   3. Checks machine condition and correctness of machine parameters setting.
   4. Coordinates with Engineering section all machine break down for repair and create SRR for reference.
   5. Update the production manager on any development of existing products and new projects.
   6. Counter check quality of production from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

• The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering or any related course
• With at least 2-3 years experience in the manufacturing industry as a team leader/Production Engineer
• Adequate knowledge in production planning and quality control principles.
• With strong Organizational and problem-solving and decision–making skills.
• Good communication skills and has attention to detail.
