Job Description

Purpose/ Overview

The marketing associate is expected to help plan, strategies, and implement marketing and advertising activities necessary for the business. This includes, but is not limited to, market research, analysis of customer behavior, and all marketing communications-related functions.

Work Qualifications/ Capabilities:

  • Conduct market research and gather and analyze customer behavior data
  • Mount promotional events and campaigns both online and offline
  • Track and create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create advertising materials
  • Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
  • Develop, manage and design layouts needed for presentations, newsletter, online postings, event support materials, and other relevant items
  • Involved in the planning, development & execution of digital programs & campaigns including social media, online advertising & other deliverables
  • Perform site analytics, metrics and campaign reporting

Minimum Qualifications


  • Minimum of 3 year work experience as Marketing Officer/ Associate
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google, Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics, and Google Adwords
  • Excellent English and Tagalog oral and written communication skills
