Job description:

    • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to company accounts
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Review and approve operation requirements and ensure on-time payment of customers
  • Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are critical - must adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize
  • To learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment
  • Conducts client visits and presentations and negotiates for contract until secured
  • Ensures that operations procedures are complied
  • Ensures that inquiries are attended to immediately upon receipt of inquiry via telephone and email
  • Ensures that the client communications, visits and presentations are conducted in a professional manner and that the clients are given complete information
  • Ensures that the enquiry sheets, proposal tracking sheets and new work/re-cert secured records are updated
  • Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
  • Responsible for the update of Marketing Presentations
  • Develop new business opportunities to meet trends
  • Help develop and implement strategic sales plans, marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Facilitate client requirements meetings – both in person and/or remotely using current online presentation applications
  • Report weekly sales forecasts
  • Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends
  • Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate
  • Develop and manage client & agency relationships
  • Evaluate accounts
  • Manage projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations

Minimum Qualifications

    Cavalli Business Center Corp. is looking for an Operations Head, preferably knowledgeable in managing accounts and experienced in services such as business registration, business permit renewal, AEP and 9g visa processing, BSP registration and IPO application. We need people who are willing to extend extra mile and go beyond expectations in relation to business needs.

    Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, and related courses.
  • Ability to handle a team and work with a team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Possess a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
  • 3-4 years experience in operations and account management
