- Act as interface between client and all agency teams throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Brief agency teams on client requirements for campaigns, projects, websites, and online ad development work
- Assist agency teams in the launching of new campaigns and sites
- Manage deadlines and delivery of projects from external vendors, (e.g. website developers, video production, etc)
- Assist with online media planning and buying
- Assist with the analysis of website and ad performance, and reporting to client on metrics
- Create cost estimates for agency work, and assist Finance department in managing agency billing
- Coordinate meetings with client including minute-taking and report-writing
- Develop positive working relationships with client teams
- Reporting to: Managing Director, Client Service Director
Minimum Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, MassCom, Marketing, Business or similar discipline
- Have several years of experience in an advertising agency in an account management role
- Have either a good knowledge of digital marketing or a strong desire to learn about it quickly
- Have excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate and present with confidence
