- Process credit memos, debit memos, and adjustments.
- Reconcile monthly accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly reports for aging of accounts payable.
- Maintain filling of all accounting documents.
- Vouch accrued expenses and other accounts.
- Close advances made by suppliers and employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy.
- Good scholastic background.
- Basic knowledge in the field of general accounting particularly on accounts receivable, accounts payable, sales accounting, and cost accounting.
- Hands-on exposure in accounts receivable in particular reviewing released invoices.
- Background and exposure in using computerized accounting softwares such as Quickbooks, ACPAC, or ZAP.
- Basic exposure in accounts payable particularly on preparation of timely and accurate recording and posting of payment transaction
- Systematic, hardworking, organized, keen on details, proactive, analytical, and can work well with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
