Job Description
Maintenance Specialists ensure Castle’s tenants live in safe and functional homes. You will be responsible for:
- Filing and triaging new maintenance issues reported by tenants
- Assigning contractors to new maintenance issues
- Updating maintenance issues with new information from tenants and contractors
- Closing completed maintenance issues and paying contractors
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Some experience with home repairs, construction, or similar
- A fast, reliable internet connection
