Job Description

The CSR's duty is to help our Account Managers in the US create the best possible experience for the owners and tenants of the rental properties we manage. The two areas of responsibility are;

  • Customer service
    • answering calls;
    • responding to support tickets;
  • Clerical tasks
    • writing leases;
    • making rental listings;
    • following up with contractors for maintenance issues;

Minimum Qualifications

  • Flawless written and spoken English;
  • Punctuality and timeliness;
  • Empathy;
  • Positivity;
  • Ability to continuously improve;

Other details:

9 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday
$300 every two weeks
Unlimited time off - but use it responsibly!
