Casa Bella seeks highly motivated professionals that have a passion for the field of design (be it interiors, fashion, architecture, textile). We value loyalty and discipline, and seek candidates who are outgoing, enthusiastic and have great interpersonal skills.
As a Sales and Design Associate, you are expected to:
- Specify and prepare accurate product recommendations to clients
- Have a good eye for design, fabrics and space planning
- Assist and deal with high-end clients in furnishing their homes
- Work with the country's best designers and architects
- Expand the business opportunities of brands by making detailed product presentations to these designers
- Love working with people and have a positive attitude
- Sell high end brands such as Moroso, Kettal, Henge, Driade and Cattelan Italia - among others
- Cordially and affably assist all walk in clients visiting the showroom
Minimum Qualifications
- A College degree in interior design, architecture, marketing, or business
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Ideally 2-3 years of working experience in the related field/industry
