Job Overview
The Human Resources and Admin Associate will provide day-to-day support, compliance and accuracy and provide full administrative support to the HR department and the organization. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
- Assist HR on timekeeping, Payroll Summary, and resolution of leave/attendance.
- Reflects Schedule Changes of Employees in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Review and reminds’ employees time log / timesheet and Submit Weekly Client Report
Employee Engagement
- Create infograph / video for company announcements
- Assist HR in planning and execution of company events
Performance Management
- Run monthly utilization report
Recruitment & Staffing
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
- Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals
- Support hiring initiatives including events, recruitment. Schedule all interview with candidates and coordinate with various teams
- Manage HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
Admin - Schedules meetings, supports visitors and makes executive travel arrangements. / Assist in registrations of Executive Seminars/Workshops
- Update employees database
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, scanning
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment
- Issue supplies to employees and follow proper documentation procedures
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related course
- Experience in Admin, and HR / Payroll
- Knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
- Background in graphics (Photoshop or any graphic tools)
- Analytical skills (able to identify problem and a root cause, work with numbers, data, run metrics and pull reports)
- Able to maintain utmost confidentiality and protect sensitive company information
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in a similar industry
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
