Job Description
Responsible for providing timely, accurate and effective information, support and administration of HR functions.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employee activities (staffing & recruitment, employee action, weekly plantilla etc).
- Responsible for the successful on boarding of new hires, including but not limited to, preparing offer letters, submitting online background checks, prepare new employee files, AIR, IVR, assessment, process new hire forms, and other related documentation.
- Maintain and update employee information and records.
- Orient new hires relative to completion of payroll and benefits documentation.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing appropriate data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
- Calculate and encode various types of compensation adjustments.
- Administer benefits including enrollments and changes.
- Provide support and assistance to the HR Manager for special projects and other related tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferrably Male
- BS Psychology graduate
- Experience is an advantage but not required
- Willing to work in Pasay City
