Job Description
- Answer the phone calling (In bound) from the client who has used the Company's products and Calling the clients (outbound) as a after sales service
- Receive, documented, and hand-over complaints to the right consultant to be handled
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensuring all complaints are well-handled and to create customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum D3 or S1 Degree in any field
- At least 1 year experience in Service Area
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
