Job Description

  • Answer the phone calling (In bound) from the client who has used the Company's products and Calling the clients (outbound) as a after sales service
  • Receive, documented, and hand-over complaints to the right consultant to be handled
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring all complaints are well-handled and to create customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum D3 or S1 Degree in any field
  • At least 1 year experience in Service Area
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
