Job Description

  • Manage collection & payment process from customer, including conducting research, develop and implement collection procedures that reduce the amount of delinquency they encounter or studying customer accounts and authorize various tactics to generate money
  • Maximize revenue generation and minimize loss for the company

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in relevant field
  • Persevere, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of high volume collections, credit authorization and billing procedures and practices
  • Have experience working with government sector is a plus
