Job Description

In Cartenz, we strongly value reliability and transparency in cultivating our working environment. We’re seeking for high performing personnels who will be taking responsibilities to:

  • Responsible in contacting consumer regarding to collection activities.
  • Recording payments that are made.
  • Organising administration, such as payments and database.
  • Sorting out payment plans.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduated with Bachelor Degree in any related field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably staff specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Well versed with MS Office, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong ability to work with large number of data.
