Job Description
In Cartenz, we strongly value reliability and transparency in cultivating our working environment. We’re seeking for high performing personnels who will be taking responsibilities to:
- Take charge in cross functional teams to create and update product documentation.
- Construct in-depth technical documentation such as API reference docs, developer guides and user guides.
- Setting up and organize documentation sets for new APIs and developer products.
- Hold accountable to review, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach non-writers on ways to improve their writing skills
- Direct complex documentation projects.
- Accommodate developer’s documentation with relevant sample code.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated from a reputable university with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Solid experience in working as a technical writer.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong skills in writing explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
- High proficiency in SDLC and software development.
- Detail-oriented.
