Job Description
- Responsible with the end to end recruitment and selection process for the organization.
- Will be responsible with posting of job advertisements, updating the intranet and website with new job openings.
- Conduct sourcing through various sourcing portals.
- Administer and effectively manage all recruitment systems and avenues of the company making sure they are all updated.
- Conduct Resume and Phone Screening of candidates.
- Process applications in line with sound recruitment practices and methods, including interviews and reference checks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably with background working in a headhunting company
- Experience with non-traditional, strategic sourcing techniques
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
