IT Project Manager  

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

As IT Project Manager you will be working with a highly professional Software Development team. Your main responsibility is to ensure an optimal flow of work and information. You have the back of the development team and create an environment that allows them to function at their best.

You are going to:

• Ensure that incoming requests contain necessary information to work on them
• Ensure that requests are prioritized appropriately
• Help the team to plan their work, taking into account capacity and priorities.
• Facilitate effective communication between team, stakeholders and other development teams worldwide
• Gather and provide effort estimates, delivery forecasts and progress updates
• Monitor progress, ensure impediments are discovered and addressed; escalate issues the team can’t handle
• Gather and provide reports on relevant KPIs such as Response- and Resolution Time as well as quality
• Ensure appropriate balance between speed and quality is maintained
• Help the team to review and improve its process

Profile we're looking for:

• Prior experience with IT Project Management or IT Support (1+ years)
• Servant leadership mindset
• Assertive leadership style
• Proven ability to manage high load of incoming requests and prioritize effectively
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Experience with issue tracking software like Atlassian JIRA
• High level of self-management
• Experience working with other cultures is a plus
• Experience with Agile and/ or Lean Software Development is a plus
• Software Development or Quality Assurance background is a plus
