Job Description
- Manage the budget and operational side between HQ and car market.
- Create and improve reports (daily and weekly) of market situation.
- Executing marketing strategy in terms of events, gatherings, and promotions.
- Set up and improve internal processes and visualize achievements by numbers.
- Manage a team of 2-3 people on the field.
- Assure quality of service, communication to every party involved.
- Receive and handle customers’ complaints by managing database and interacting with all parties involved.
- Deal with the third parties such as car dealers, insurance and financing companies, and others .
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree graduates in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
- Possess at least 2-3 years experience in sales and marketing.
- Fast-track MT Program graduates holding positions of Sub-branch, Branch, or Area Manager would be a plus.
- Have background in automotive, property, insurance, and banking industry would be a plus.
- Strong negotiating and managing skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent in Ms. Excel, numbers, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English speaker.
