Job Description
Looking for a resource to assist in managing day to day operations for a transcription outsourcing company. This includes:
- Order processing (downloading and checking media files, updating working files)
- Transcribing and reviewing files
- Assigning files for transcription and review
- Managing/ coordinating with team of virtual transcribers and reviewers
- Updating working files
- Responding to client inquiries
This is a work from home job. Candidate must have high speed internet, reliable power supply and plan B option in case of loss of internet or power.
Minimum Qualifications
- Detail oriented and organized;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Common sense;
- Strong English skills;
- Research skills;
- Fast typing speed (above 50 wpm);
- Computer savvy;
