Job Description
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings.
- Assign Booth and Site duty and open houses.
- Arrange Site Tour and Training to salespeople.
- Approve all contracts and related forms signed by salespeople.
- Keep records of sales associates' productivity.
- Work with salespeople to improve performance and terminate unsatisfactory performers.
- Interview and hire new property.
- Report on sales activities to top management.
- Manager 10-12 Sales People..
- Hit The Target Quota Monthly, Quarterly and Annually.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least three years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Preferably, managers specializing in property/real estate or equivalent field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be capable of training and recruiting talents that will compose his/her team.
- Socially flexible, self-motivated, and with outstanding interpersonal skills.
